Under the contract manpower model, ABSB offers you Software Personnel on an “X“ months contract basis for a fixed monthly charge.
The contract model is most suitable for organizations that are faced with the following situations:
- Short Term Project
- Project Commencement Date is fast approaching but recruitment seems uncertain
- During a crucial stage of the project a significant number of technical personnel have resigned
- Project work volumes have escalated and there is a urgent need to increase development team size
